As the Digital Capabilities Manager at ABI, I served as the authority on all-things Digital for North America's internal Marketing & Sales teams.
My years of Digital experience & expertise, superior communication skills and ability to influence in a highly-matrixed organization allowed me to have a real impact in this newly-created position.
Through a combination of online training, live events, strategic partnerships and internal communications, I educated both peers and superiors on how Digital tools could move our business forward. Programming I developed and implemented ultimately increased Digital competency by over 120% for more than 250 fellow employees.
Empowering my colleagues, advocating for Digital growth and fostering innovation has become a core fundamental of who I am as a marketeer and as an employee. It is the role I am most proud of, whether it's in the job title or not.

• Partnership & Agency Management: Strengthened and leveraged ABI’s relationships with major partners like Google, Facebook, YouTube, Conde Nast, Creative/Digital agencies to create custom programs & gain early-access to training resources for ABI employees.
• Engaging through Events: Moderated a live monthly Speaker Series with influential start-ups, media/tech companies and partners. Planned and hosted a 3-day Digital Video Summit in partnership with YouTube, Vice and other key players. Traveled cross-country for four weeks to train and engage our Sales & Wholesale stakeholders
• Internal Communications: Introduced and managed new communications channels to share information and best practices, including a video-based certification program and a weekly internal newsletter. Became the go-to internal person for any Digital question!
